Digital Healthcare and Welfare for private and public sector

Our aim is to radically increase productivity of healthcare and welfare organizations providing their professional staff with digital tools and services that genuinely support them in their daily work, and to empower their patients and customers to participate in their own care. We've been deeply involved in the evolution of digital healthcare in the Nordics during the last 10 years. This is showcased by our collaboration with major healthcare providers such the Hospital District of Helsinki and Uusimaa (HUS) with whom we have innovated to create a new type of digital healthcare and welfare concept for citizens called 'Terveyskylä' (Health village). To further strengthen our expertise in this sector, we have nominated Hannu Laesvuori to be our Nordic industry lead for Healthcare and Welfare. Hannu joins us from Accenture where he has led several healthcare sector sales and delivery engagements both in Finland and other countries. He will be based in Finland.

Digital Government for public sector

Digitalizing citizen services is a major opportunity in the digital transformation journey of public sector organizations in central, regional and local levels. Innofactor has been innovating in digital solutions for central government with leading Finnish government agencies such as the tax authority. In addition, it is a leader in public sector case management with several hundred local and regional government customers. Innofactor has provided solutions for municipalities in the areas of data protection with its Danish Innolog solution and provided modern cloud service consultancy for municipalities in Norway. To strengthen our competencies and knowledge in digitalization of government and public sector organizations, Innofactor is joined by Per Bendix Olsen who has formerly led Microsoft's global partner solution led CityNext program and other Microsoft public sector initiatives in their corporate headquarters in Redmond, WA. Per Bendix will be based in Denmark.
