Innofactor Oyj : Signode Industrial Group chooses Innofactor for a new innovative solution for field service

Innofactor has been entrusted with creating a new and innovative solution for field service and mobile work orders for Signode Industrial Group in Sweden through Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Field Service.

The objective is to create an effective mobile support in everyday life that provides salespersons, service technicians, and aftermarket service a better and more coherent customer image. Field Service is a part of Signode's Dynamics 365 CRM strategy where the objective is to be able to structure and reduce the time expended for both the employee and their customers.
