Innofactor Oyj : Sweden named as Gazelle Company 2016

Every autumn, Dagens Industri names Sweden's most fast-growing company. This year Innofactor AB is among the nominated as Gazelle Company 2016.

'We help our customers on the digital transformation journey, and to navigate within the cloud', says Robert Erlandsson, Managing Director and Country Manager at Innofactor AB. 'Our own journey started 11 years ago with four entrepreneurs who wanted to make a difference and stick out in the IT market. Cinteros was the name at the time, and we grew quickly and organically up to more than 100 people. During the journey, we have gone from IT provider to strategic partner for our customers and their business-critical solutions.'

'To grow at this rate has been challenging, but it has gone really well and growth has occurred while maintaining profitability. We have incredibly committed personnel, and focus on attracting the right people with ambition, joy and a team spirit. 'All for one' is what applies here, and despite our size, we remain the small company with an ever present entrepreneurial spirit and commitment', continues Erlandsson.

In the spring Cinteros joined Innofactor Plc, and has now grown to 140 people just within Sweden. In the Nordic countries, Innofactor has over 600 people and activities within all segments of Microsoft.

The prizes are given out December 5 at the Concert Hall in Stockholm.
