Innofactor Plc Stock Exchange Release December 11, 2015, at 14:30 Finnish time

The Finnish Population Register Centre has selected Innofactor in a public procurement competi-tion as the provider of a large service package. The system delivery is planned to be implemented during 2016. The value of the procurement is approximately EUR 850,000.

The contract includes the system delivery, system maintenance for four years and necessary soft-ware licenses. The Population Register Centre has an option to continue the maintenance contract by 1-4 years.

The system to be delivered includes the Population Register Centre's public electronic services, case management and customer relationship management. The system to be implemented by Innofactor will enable flexible electronic services to citizens and companies and registering the service transactions to the case management processes and customer relationship management. The system will be based on the Dynasty 360° product, which will be supported by a customized service and customer register implementation.

The basic task of the Population Register Centre is to enable usage of the data contained in the Population Information System and the PRC's certified electronic services to support society's func-tions and information services and management. Through its activity, the PRC promotes the pro-tection of privacy and personal data as well as information security and the development of and compliance with good data processing and data management practices. Together with the local register offices, the Population Register Centre is the data controller for the Finnish Population Information System. The PRC maintains and develops the Population Information System, its data and data quality as well as certified electronic services. The PRC offers Population Information System information services and certificate services. It also performs duties related to elections.

The decision will be enforceable after the appeal period according to the law on public procure-ment has ended.
