INSURANCE AUSTRALIA GROUP LIMITED IAG Executive General Manager, Niche and Direct, Stuart Chapman said Paul's role, effective Monday 19 September, was pivotal in enabling the combined business to become the nation's leading Authorise Representative Broker business.
'I'm excited Paul will lead the combined business through the next stage of evolution and growth,' Stuart said. 'Under Paul's guidance, we can continue the comprehensive review and make key decisions to progress the integration of these two very successful and complementary businesses.'
Stuart added Paul bought to the role extensive experience of running an insurance business as well as a consistent track record of strong leadership.
Paul has been with IAG for more than 16 years and was most recently responsible for Corporate Partnering for IAG. Prior to that, he was General Manager for Swann Insurance from 2011 to 2016.
