The following suppliers of last resort published their statements: PJSC Moscow Energy Sales Company, PJSC St. Petersburg Energy Sales Company (PSC), PJSC Saratovenergo, PJSC Altai Energy Sales Company, PJSC Tomsk Energy Sales Company (Tomsk ESC), PJSC Tambov Energy Sales Company (Tambov ESC).

The following factors affected the operating performance of guaranteeing suppliers within Inter RAO Group:

• Expansion of sales geography of guaranteeing suppliers since February and March 2014 (in Omsk and Oryol regions)
• Growth of industrial and consumer customer base across all regions
• Larger retail electricity sales by volume
• Higher average capacity purchase prices due to the indexation of capacity tariffs for generators
• Higher grid operator rates in the majority of the regions served by the Group's suppliers of last resort
