Business communications software and cloud services company ranked 14th this year in the 1,000-plus employee category

INDIANAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Interactive Intelligence Group Inc. (Nasdaq:ININ), a global provider of collaboration, communications and customer engagement software and cloud services, has been named one of Indiana's 2015 Best Places to Work.

The ranking, coordinated by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce, listed Interactive Intelligence 14th this year in the major companies' category, which includes firms with 1,000-plus employees.

In addition, Interactive Intelligence was named a Hall of Fame winner, which signifies companies that have been named a Best Place to Work in Indiana at least two-thirds of the time since the program began in 2005. This is the ninth consecutive year Interactive Intelligence has been included in the ranking.

Companies nominated for the ranking were evaluated based on workplace policies, practices and demographics. Companies were also qualified based on employee survey responses that measured employee experience.
