Outsourced contact center selects all-in-one IP communications
software suite for broad feature-set, streamlined architecture, and
VOXDATA Solutions Inc., a provider of outsourced contact center
services, has selected Interactive Intelligence Group Inc.'s (Nasdaq:
ININ) all-in-one IP communications software suite, Customer
Interaction Center™ (CIC), for use throughout its
VOXDATA selected CIC for its broad feature-set, streamlined
architecture, and ease-of-integration, according to VOXDATA's vice
president of IT, Mohannad Jnaid.
"CIC will give us new blended dialing and call recording features, along
with the ability to route and queue Web chats, emails and SMS messages,"
Jnaid said. "Its architecture will also enable us to more easily support
our distributed offices, as well as incorporate work-at-home agents."
Before selecting CIC,
VOXDATA had narrowed its decision to Aspect, Avaya, Interactive
Intelligence and ShoreTel.
