Interbulk Group Plc : Directorate Changes

InterBulk,the global intermodal logistics solution provider to the chemical, polymer, food and minerals industries, announces the appointment of Mr Luis Angel Gomez as a non-executive director of the Company and the resignation of Jerome Burtin as a non-executive director with immediate effect.

Luis Angel Gomez who holds a joint honours degree in business management and finance joined Norbert Dentressangle in 2008 as managing director of its Spanish subsidiary, Norbert Dentressangle Gerposa following Norbert Dentressangle's acquisition of Gerposa. After gaining initial experience in administrative and finance positions, Mr Gomez joined Gerposa and was subsequently appointed CFO in 2000 and managing director in 2008. On 1st January 2013 Mr Gomez was appointed Managing Director of the Norbert Dentressangle Transport Division, which has an annual a turnover of approximately €2 billion, has a presence in 14 countries and employs c. 13,500. Mr Gomez is also a member of the Norbert Dentressangle Executive Board.
