With respect to the relevant information published by ISA on April 11, 2017 about the preliminary judicial decision on the financial assets value for the facilities of the Basic Network of the Existing Service ('RBSE'). ISA clarifies that, on this date, there is no financial impact since the discussion is about the RBSE form of payment. The disclosed preliminary judicial decision does not dispute the right ISA CTEEP has, to receive compensation for built assets before 2000.
The recorded value in books is calculated based on Ordinance 120 and ANEEL technical note No. 336/2016.
