Interconexion Electrica S A : ISA Shareholders will receive their first 2017 dividends payment

This Tuesday, July 25, 2017, ISA shareholders will receive the first dividend payment, COP 196 per share: COP 124 ordinary dividend and COP 72 extraordinary dividend.
As approved at the Ordinary General Shareholder Meeting held on March 31, 2017, the company will make a first disbursement for COP 217.105 million for the 1.107.677.894 outstanding ordinary shares. The increase approved by the meeting for this year is 36% compared to the previous year.
Dividends will be given to those who hold shares before the ex-dividend period (the time between the established date for dividend payment and the four (4) immediately preceding trading days, this means from the 19th to the 25th of July 2017).
Unclaimed dividends money does not generate any yield or interest. Therefore, it is important not to let it accumulate and claim it on the established payment date.
