For the third consecutive year the company has been included in the yearbook which acknowledges companies with the best sustainability practices worldwide and ISA is exalted as a sector leader.

ISA was classified in the 'Industry mover 2018' category in The Sustainability Yearbook indicator, integrating the Top 15% comprised of the companies 'with the highest proportional improvement in their sustainability performance compared with previous year', according to the organization.

ISA was selected, for the third consecutive year, thanks to its sustainability outstanding results, being with Minas Gerais the two only companies from Latin America in this sector. 'With this recognition, we continue ratifying not only our unwavering commitment to operate with the best practices, but it also constitutes solid evidence that we are a safe and sustainable investment in the long term for our investors and it opens new possibilities in the region' said Bernardo Vargas Gibsone, ISA's CEO.

Each year, since 2004, RobecoSAM, the company, which puts together the Down Sustainability Index list, Mila, and FTSE4Good indicators where ISA is included, also selects the companies with the best sustainability performance among more than 3,500 different sectors. The companies to be included in the yearbook are selected based on the strength of the results.
