ISA and its concessionaire Ruta del Maipo, are the only 2 companies in the road business in Chile to obtain this recognition.
The Chilean Ministry of Economy recognized INTERVIAL CHILE with the ProPyme Seal distinction, for having complied with the high management standards with small and medium supplier companies.
In this way, INTERVIAL CHILE joins 110 certified companies and becomes the 2nd company in the industry to be accredited with the ProPyme Seal, after Ruta del Maipo achieved this in 2015.
The recognition, audited and certified by KPMG, highlights public and private, profit or non-profit institutions, that meet requirements such as having at least 5% of smaller companies as suppliers; making cash payment of invoices in 30 days or less; and having procedures for internal claims management, among others.
'We are highly committed to the development of small and medium enterprises and this is one of the reasons that leads us to further improve our internal processes,' said Alejandra Carrasco, Deputy Finance Director.
INTERVIAL CHILE, an ISA company, is the largest operator of toll road concessions throughout the country, with 907 kilometers of roads from Santiago to the city of Rio Bueno.
