(BM&FBovespa: MEAL3) ("IMC") announces that, the Board of Directors' Meeting elected Mr. Pierre Albert Berenstein as CEO of IMC's Brazilian Operations, a position which was previously held by Mr. João Marcio Jordão, who presented his resignation on April 17, 2015.
Mr. Pierre Albert Berenstein, 40 years old, holds a degree in economics from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP), with an MBA from Fundação Dom Cabral and specialization in management from the Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management.
Mr. Berenstein has deep knowledge in the retail market. He served as V ice-President of Saraiva S/A Livreiros e Editores, acting as head of stores, logistics and production operations. He was also an Executive Officer at Grupo de Soluções em Alimentação (GRSA). He also worked in companies such as CSN, Playcenter and Hopi Hari.
IMC's Board of Directors believes that Mr. Berenstein is a valuable addition to the
Company's Management, contributing with his knowledge and qualifications to the

continuation of IMC's growth and consolidation trajectory.
