INTERNATIONAL MEAL COMPANY ALIMENTAÇÃO S.A. ("IMC" or "Company"), successor due to a merger of INTERNATIONAL MEAL COMPANY HOLDINGS S.A. (BM&FBOVESPA: IMCH3), in accordance with Instruction 358, of January 03, 2002, of the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission, and paragraph 4 of article 157, of Law 6,404, of December 15, 1976, hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that the Board of Directors, at a meeting held today, acknowledged the resignation presented by Mr. Julio Cesar Millan to the positions of Chief Financial and Investor Relations Officer.
On the same occasion, Mr. José Agote, who currently acts as the CEO of the Company's U.S. subsidiary, was elected to the positions of Chief Financial and Investor Relations Officer with term of office until the Annual Shareholders' Meeting which approves the Company's financial statements for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2014.
Mr. Agote has a BS in economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He worked at JP Morgan in New York and Mexico City, and at Advent International. He joined the Company in 2013, having acted as M&A Officer and CEO of the subsidiary IMCMV Holdings Inc., responsible for the Margaritaville operations in the United States.
The Company's Board of Directors thanked Mr. Julio Cesar Millan for his efforts and
professionalism while carrying out his duties in recent years.
