INTERNATIONAL MEAL COMPANY ALIMENTAÇÃO S.A. ("Company"), previously denominated RA Catering Ltda., the successor by merger of INTERNATIONAL MEAL COMPANY HOLDINGS S.A. (BM&FBOVESPA: IMCH3) ("IMC Holdings"), hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that, on March 19, 2015, its request for registration as a publicly-held company was accepted by the CVM - Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission.
We will shortly inform the market of the date on which the ticker of the Company's common
shares will be changed, as well as its new trading name.
This change will have no effect whatsoever on the rights or the interests of IMC Holdings shareholders in the Company, given that IMC Holdings shareholders will have the right to one (1) common share in the Company for every IMC Holdings share held by them.
Finally, the expected results disclosure date of March 30, 2015, will be maintained, in accordance with the Company's corporate events calendar, which is available on the websites of the Company, the CVM and the BM&FBovespa.
