INTERNATIONAL MEAL COMPANY ALIMENTAÇÃO S.A., the successor by merger of INTERNATIONAL MEAL COMPANY HOLDINGS S.A. (BM&FBovespa: IMCH3) ("Company" or " IM C" ), hereby informs the market that:
(I) The Company decided to postpone to March 30th, 2015 the disclosure of the financial statements and other documents as required by article 133 of Law 6,404, of December
15, 1976, originally scheduled in the Company's calendar of corporate events for
March 19th, 2015.
(II) Complementing the Material Facts disclosed on September 30 and November 13,
2014, both regarding the Company's corporate reorganization, the Company expects to obtain INTERNATIONAL MEAL COMPANY ALIMENTAÇÃO S.A.'s registration as a publicly held company in the coming days, when the Company will inform its shareholders about the procedures to conclude said corporate reorganization.
