As a result of the issue of equity set out above, the Company's issued share capital consists of 853,491,180 Ordinary shares.

Application will be made for 2,055,252 new Ordinary shares of 0.01p to be admitted to the premium segment of the Official List and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange. It is expected that dealings in the new shares will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 30 October 2015.

2015 and 2016 Full Year Distributions

The Board of Directors has established a minimum target for 2015 and 2016 distributions of 6.45 pence per share and 6.65 pence per share (respectively), providing additional guidance to investors as to the Company's future intentions. The targeted payments would represent a minimum c.2.5% increase on the preceding distributions and would continue to be in line with the growth target indicated at the time of INPP's IPO in 2006.
