The Company’s primary rights and properties are: Butte Silver Mining Project, located in the Butte Mining District of Silver Bow County, Montana consisting of approximately 380 acres of surface rights and 1,000 acres of mineral rights; Pioche Project, located in the Pioche Mining District of Lincoln County, Nevada, which consists of a block of 495 acres of unpatented Federal lode mining claims adjacent to the Prince Mine and 450 acres of unpatented Federal lode claims adjacent to the Caselton Mine; and Calico Silver Project, an exploration project, located in the Calico Mining District of San Bernardino County, California and held by unpatented Federal lode mining claims that the Company own.
