NOTICE OF CLOSURE OF THE OFFER

Further to the announcement made by DMWSL 805 Limited ("Bidco") on 1 April 2016 regarding Bidco's intention to exercise its right under section 979 of the Companies Act 2006 to compulsorily acquire any InternetQ Shares that have not been assented to the Offer, compulsory acquisition notices were posted to all InternetQ Shareholders who had not accepted the Offer on 6 April 2016. Bidco will complete the compulsory acquisition of all InternetQ Shares that have not been assented to the Offer at 11.59 p.m. on 18 May 2016.

Bidco also announces that the Offer will close at 1.00 p.m. on 18 May 2016.

Terms used but not defined in this announcement shall have the meaning given to them in the offer document dated 4 March 2016.
