NEW YORK, Oct. 17, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- McCann XBC today announced that Joel Rodriguez has joined as Executive Creative Director. Rodriguez will partner with Pete Jones, ECD, McCann XBC, to lead the business in the US as part of the global creative team led by Chairman and Chief Creative Officer, Joyce-King Thomas.

McCann XBC, formed in 2012, is an agency dedicated to MasterCard that works alongside additional McCann Worldgroup companies such as MRM//McCann and Interpublic agencies such as RGA and Octagon.
