Intertek Food Services, UK - a leading Total Quality Assurance provider to industries worldwide, has once again successfully been accredited by UKAS to the International Standard (ISO 17025) required to ensure high quality microbiological and chemical food and water testing, including overall Quality Assurance, from its Stoke and Derby laboratories.

Intertek offers a range of high quality, fast and efficient food testing capabilities from its UK laboratories to support producers, suppliers, manufacturers and retailers right along the global supply chain. The quality water testing range at Intertek also provides on-going proactive support to hospitals, ships, airlines and housing estates to name a few.

These latest accreditations ensure that Intertek is well positioned to support the overall UK industry, whether to reduce campylobacter, counter E.coli outbreaks, reduce food fraud, support changes in food labelling or proactively deal with potential Legionella outbreaks.
