the conduct of transactions with Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A.
related parties and Group associated entities may be
consulted on the website

These Procedures integrate the existing Group Procedures
regulating the conduct of transactions with related parties
of Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A., which were published in November
2010, with implementations of the Bank of Italy regulations
issued last December regarding relations with associated
entities of banking groups and will be effective within the
entire Group as of December 31st 2012.
