Intfor SA is a Romania-based company primarily engaged in the manufacture of metal products. The Company is involved in the production of steel sheets; welded pipes and profiles, by cold deforming of hot rolled steel strips; square, rectangular and round section, longitudinally welded pipes; cold rolled narrow strip; folded and corrugated panels; varnished strips for packaging; zinc profiles and sheets; galvanized profiles and sheets; hot rolled laminated steel strips, and road safety barriers, among others. Additionally, the Company provides various services, including hot dip galvanizing, computer aided design (CAD) services, electrostatic painting and zinc recovery. As of December 31, 2011, Profiland Srl held a 63.83% stake in the Company.
