Kurt Geiger, the highly desirable brand known for its aspirational and accessible range of quality footwear and edgy accessories will be joining intu Lakeside as part of the centre's modern mix of luxury retailers. The 1,600 sq. ft. store will be situated on level two in the central atrium adjacent to 360 Champagne and Cocktail bar and neighbouring other recent additions Tag Heuer and Goldsmiths Boutique.

The new Kurt Geiger store complements intu Lakeside's quality retail offer and follows a recent exchange with Hamley's which is due to open a new  flagship store at Easter. As the leading owner and manager of prime regional shopping centres, intu is focussed on providing retailers with the right environment in which to flourish.

As well as an evolving retail offer, intu has acquired permission for a £100m leisure development to deliver cafés, restaurants and family entertainment venues focussed around a new public square. In addition, planning permission for a hotel has also been approved whilst outline planning consent has been obtained for a £180m retail extension, which includes improvements to transport links.
