Inversiones Aguas Metropolitanas S.A. holds interests in Aguas Andinas S.A., a sanitation company in Latin America. The Company, through its regulated subsidiaries, offers the services of raw water catchment; production, transport and distribution of potable water, and collection, treatment and disposal of wastewater to approximately eight million people in the Metropolitan, Los Lagos and Los Rios Regions. The Company's segments include Water and Non-Water. The Water segment consists only of sanitation services that permit the provision of products and production services, water distribution, and sewage collection and treatment. The Non-Water segment consists of services related to environmental analysis, liquid waste treatment and engineering services, as well as the sale of products related to the sanitation services and energy projects. The Company's concession areas cover an area of approximately 70,000 hectares in the basin of Santiago, in the middle depression of central Chile.
