Invesco Enhanced Income Ltd, formerly Invesco Perpetual Enhanced Income Limited, is a closed-ended, diversified investment company. The Company's principal objective is to provide shareholders with a high level of income whilst seeking to maximize total return through investing in a diversified portfolio of high yielding corporate and Government bonds. The Company may also invest in equities and other instruments. The portfolio of investment comprises three elements, such as macroeconomic analysis, credit analysis and value assessment. The Company's investments by sectors include bank, utility, food, telecom, insurance, services, autos, oil, chemical, metal producer, foreign government, beverage, retail, media, cable, leisure, construction, engineering, paper, gaming, industrial, pharmaceutical and transport. Invesco Fund Managers Limited is the manager and alternative investment manager of the Company.
