Investis increases stake in project company La Foncière de la Dixence SA

  • Higher shareholding in project company
  • Full consolidation of the development project in Hérémence

Investis is increasing its stake in the company La Foncière de la Dixence SA from 50% to 75%, making it the majority shareholder. The project company is in charge of planning and financing the Dixence Resort development project in Hérémence.

Investis has increased its shareholding following a capital increase implemented within the project company to finance the next stage of construction. Now that it has acquired a majority capital stake, Investis will be consolidating the Dixence Resort development project in full.

About La Foncière de la Dixence SA

La Foncière de la Dixence was established at the end of 2009 for the purpose of planning and financing the Dixence Resort development project in Hérémence, which is being implemented in stages up to the end of 2026. The overall project, covering a site of 25,088 m2 at an altitude of 1,750 metres, includes a hotel with 60 rooms, a spa area, 5 chalets and 7 apartment blocks.
