Iochpe Maxion : Relevant Fact - Market Maker

São Paulo, July 08, 2016 - In compliance with the provisions of CVM Ruling No. 358/2002, as amended, Iochpe-Maxion S.A. ("Company") hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that, in replacement of Itaúvest DTVM S.A., it has hired BTG PACTUAL CORRETORA DE TÍTULOS E VALORES MOBILIÁRIOS S.A., with its head office at Avenida Brigadeiro Faria Lima, No. 3.477, 14th floor, São Paulo-SP, enrolled with the Brazilian Corporate Tax Register under No. 43.815.158/0001-22, to act as the market maker for the common shares of the issuance of the Company which are negotiated in the São Paulo Stock Exchange (BM&FBOVESPA). The contract has a 12 month term and it shall be automatically renewed in case no party opposes to it. The purpose of such hiring is to increase the liquidity of the above-mentioned shares. The market maker will begin its activities on July 11, 2016. The Company also informs that it has 82,320,366 (eighty two million three hundred and twenty thousand three hundred sixty six) common shares outstanding in the market and that it has not entered into any agreement with the market maker regulating the exercise of voting rights or the purchase and sale of securities of the Company's issuance.
