Tissue Regenix Group (AIM:TRX) ('Tissue Regenix' or 'The Group') the regenerative medical devices company, notes the recent dissolution of the temporary restraining order ('TRO') issued by Bexar County District Court against CellRight Technologies, LLC ('CellRight'), a US regenerative medicine business based in San Antonio, Texas, in relation to a potential sale of CellRight to Tissue Regenix. Tissue Regenix confirms that it remains in discussions with CellRight regarding a possible acquisition of CellRight by Tissue Regenix. There can be no certainty at this stage that the discussions between the Group and CellRight will lead to an acquisition.
