Iron Mountain Incorporated (NYSE: IRM), the storage and information management services company, today announced that shareholders of Recall Holdings Limited (“Recall”) overwhelmingly approved the proposed acquisition of Recall by Iron Mountain pursuant to an Australian scheme of arrangement as contemplated in the Scheme Implementation Deed (“the Transaction”). Subject to approval by the Federal Court of Australia, the Transaction is expected to close (referred to as “implementation of the scheme” under Australian law) on May 2, 2016, Sydney time, as anticipated.

Recall announced the results of the special meeting of shareholders, or Scheme Meeting, to approve the Transaction. In summary, 99.9% of the votes cast were in favor of the Transaction, and 93.0% of shareholders present at the meeting (in person or by proxy) voted in favor of the Transaction.
