Itron : Discusses New Directions for Natural Gas Market at ABEGÁS Event in Brazil

Itron will be participating in the 2nd International Workshop of Measurement and Automation, promoted by ABEGÁS (Brazilian Association of Channeled Gas Distribution Companies), Aug. 11-12, in Rio de Janeiro. The event features lectures by experts in measurement and automation from around the globe and aims to update professionals on solutions for the distribution of natural gas, current innovations and the evolution of industry activities in Brazil and worldwide.
Itron's William Ribeiro, national gas sales manager, will present on technical measurement in industrial, commercial and domiciliary segments using ultrasonic gas meters as well as rotary meters and turbines, all of which contribute to the recent advancements in technology, applications and regulation in Europe.
