Paul Nelsen, Itron senior director of smart grid solutions for the Asia-Pacific region, will participate as a featured speaker in multiple breakout sessions. On Nov. 25, Nelsen will discuss Itron's recently launched technology and solutions during the session on 'Itron's Riva Platform - Enabling the Internet of Things' at 11 a.m., followed by 'Solving Microgrid Deployment Challenges' at 2:30 p.m. Nelson will also join industry experts and senior executives for a panel discussion on 'Innovative Business Models and Technology Strategies for Cashflow-positive Microgrids' at 3:10 p.m.
First unveiled at European Utility Week earlier this month, Itron will demonstrate the new distributed analytics applications for its OpenWay® Riva™ system during AUW.
