Notice Regarding the Establishment of Special Subsidiary Company

J.FRONT RETAILING Co., Ltd. (the "Company") resolved at a meeting of its Board of Directors held today to establish a special subsidiary company, as described below.

1. Purpose of establishment

   The Company will establish the subsidiary "JFR Create Co., Ltd." on the assumption of acquiring certification as a special subsidiary company pursuant to the "Act on Employment Promotion etc. of Persons with Disabilities" as part of its corporate social responsibilities. The Company is aiming to secure a stable workplace environment for persons with disabilities and create a workplace where persons with disabilities can show what they are capable of.

2. Overview of subsidiary to be established
