(NYSE: JBL) announced today that its Board of Directors has authorized the repurchase of up to $100 million worth of shares of the Company’s common stock during the period from today through August 31, 2016. The shares will be repurchased from time-to-time in the open market at the Company’s discretion and subject to market conditions and other factors.
