NOTICE

Pursuant to Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") dated 8th August, 2013 ("AGM Notice"), the 28th AGM of the Members of the Company scheduled for Saturday, the 21st day of September, 2013 at 12.00 noon at the Registered Office of the Company was adjourned, due to absence of requisite quorum, to the same day in the next week at the same time and place.
NOTICE is hereby given that the 28th AGM of the Members of the Company will now be held on Saturday, the 28th day of September, 2013 at 12.00 noon at the Registered Office of the Company. The adjourned AGM will transact the same business set out in the AGM Notice.
Preference and Equity Dividend, if declared at the said meeting, will be paid to those Members whose names appear in the Register of Members at the close of business on Tuesday the 10th day of September, 2013.
Instruments of proxy deposited with the Company for the purpose of the AGM will remain valid for the adjourned AGM.
