31 July 2014: JLT Employee Benefits (JLT) has appointed Jonathan Underwood as BenPal's Director of Product Management. Jonathan will join the business on 20 August 2014 and will be responsible for the continued development of BenPal, JLT's flagship online system for managing UK and international employee benefits programs.

Jonathan has over 25 years' experience in product development and technical project management, ten of which in the employee benefits industry. He joins from Thomsons Online Benefits Limited, where he managed a portfolio of global clients.
