JLT Specialty USA, a U.S. subsidiary of Jardine Lloyd Thompson Group plc. (JLT), one of the world’s leading specialty-focused providers of insurance, reinsurance and employee benefits related advice, is joining crisis management leader Firestorm in two virtual cyber breach exercises on Tuesday, December 8th, 2 p.m. EST and Monday, December 14th, 2 p.m. EST.

The free, first of their kind, interactive exercises are designed to help businesses identify potential gaps in their cyberattack plans through a simulated cyber-crisis. The exercise will take participants through warning signs of a potential breach, related crisis scenarios, next steps and resources, and an evaluation of their current preventative methods. The webinars are recommended for: crisis team members; business continuity teams; senior IT leadership; and operations, internal audit, finance, HR, and security staff.

“With the increasing risk of cyberattacks, businesses need to be prepared and ready to take the appropriate course of action in the event of a cyber-crisis. These simulated exercises will not only help businesses determine if they’re equipped to handle a cyberattack, but provide them with useful tips to identify potential problems and put realistic crisis plans in place,” said Steve Bridges Esq., SVP, Cyber/E&O Practice, of JLT Specialty USA, who will be joining Firestorm COO and President, Jim Satterfield on December 8th. Following Bridges, Shannon Groeber, SVP, Cyber/E&O Practice, JLT Specialty USA, will join Firestorm for the December 14th session.
