Appointment supports JLT Re's growing National and Global Accounts | New role emphasises focus on deep client relationships

JLT Re, the global provider of reinsurance broking and consultancy, has appointed Francesca Marc-Antonio as Global Head of Client Relationship Management. This new role will see Francesca become a member of the JLT Re Global Executive Committee, working closely with her senior colleagues to coordinate relationships and service offerings with JLT Re's Global and National clients.

Francesca will join JLT Re as soon as she has completed her contractual obligations with Swiss Re and will be based in the New York office reporting to Mike Reynolds, Global CEO of JLT Re.

Commenting on the appointment Mike Reynolds, said, 'Francesca brings a different perspective to our business combined with an excellent market reputation and a dynamic focus on creating the right opportunities and responding to changing client needs. Her ambition and drive will help us to continue to bring the right solutions to our Global and National clients.'

Francesca joins from Swiss Re where she was SVP Head of US P&C Broker Marketing and Head of the Global Broker Group. In that role, she was responsible for fostering the ongoing strategic development and monitoring of Swiss Re's relationships and growth with global brokers. Prior to joining Swiss Re in 2000, Francesca worked at a number of global brokers, most recently Guy Carpenter.
