   As per the Regulation 15(2) (a) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 the paid-up equity share capital and Net Worth of the company do not exceed Rs. 10 and Rs. 25 crores respectively as on the day of the previous financial year i.e. March 31,2016. Therefore compliance of the provisions of Regulation 27(2) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015 is not mandatory for the time being. Accordingly, compliance report on Corporate Governance for the Quarter ended June 30, 2016 is not being furnished.
