JFE HOLDINGS, INC. On December 17 (German time), JFE Engineering Corporation (Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, President: Hisanori Kanou) completed the procedures for acquisition of 100% of the shares of the holding company Standardkessel Power Systems Holding GmbH (SPSH) (Head Office: Duisburg City, Germany, CEO: Klaus Jörg Klasen), which owns the Standardkessel Baumgarte group (hereinafter, the SB Group) of plant engineering companies in Germany. As a result of this purchase, the companies of the SB Group will conduct business development as members of the JFE Engineering Group.
The JFE Engineering Group is continuing to accelerate the globalization of its engineering business and supply leading-edge technologies to countries around the world.
