Bridge Loan signed with BNDES for Catarina Airport construction
We hereby inform that JHSF Participações S.A., through its subsidiary, JHSF Administradora do Catarina Aeroporto Executivo S.A., signed a R$75 million Bridge Loan with Banco Nacional de Desenvolvimento Econômico e Social - BNDES for use in construction works of the 'São Paulo Catarina Aeroporto Executivo' (Catarina Airport) whose project was eligible for funding of up to R$390 million from BNDES. The Bridge Loan will be repaid by the release of the long-term financing.
About Catarina Airport: the Metropolitan Region of São Paulo, like the great capitals of the world, will feature the first executive airport capable of operating international long haul that will own air traffic control and operations with precision flight instruments. Operations will be 24x7 without restriction times (slots). Location is about 35-minute drive from São Paulo and will occupy an area of approximately
2,000,000 sq.m, with about 50,000 sq.m of hangars and 50,000 sq.m of patios in the first phase. It will feature service and maintenance centers (MRO), stay hangars, FBOs and heliport to connect users to the various business destinations. For more information contact ri@jhsf.com.br
