Ditmars has added oversight of the U.S. Markets businesses to her previous responsibility as General Counsel for JLL's Canada and Latin America and shares oversight with the global legal team for the Corporate Solutions business. She will continue to report to Mark Ohringer, JLL's Global General Counsel.

Ditmars is also the Americas Ethics Officer, providing ethics training and working with the Global Ethics Officer community to further develop JLL's ethics and compliance program. She will also keep her Global Litigation Director role in which she focuses on enterprise risk management and oversees JLL's global litigation portfolio. Dave Hitchens has assumed the role of U.S. Litigation Director, reporting to Ditmars. Additional direct reports include Paul Greven in Canada, Augustin Ballina in Mexico, Gustavo Biagioli in Brazil and Aline Assis in Greater Latin America.

Ditmars is a member of the bar in the U.S. Supreme Court and the U.S. Courts of Appeal, among others, and is a member of the Michigan State Bar Association. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Spanish Literature from Princeton University, as well as a Doctor of Law degree from the University of Michigan Law School.
