NEW YORK, Oct. 29, 2015 - Chase ranked highest in customer satisfaction in the West and Midwest Regions, and second highest in customer satisfaction in the Northeast and South Regions, according to the 2015 J.D. Power study released today. This is the third year in a row that Chase has ranked highest in customer satisfaction in the West Region.

Among thousands of small business respondents, Chase ranked highest in two regions:

West - Washington, Oregon, California, Montana, Idaho, Wyoming, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona

Midwest - North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Missouri, Iowa, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Michigan

Chase finished second in customer satisfaction in the other two regions:

Northeast - New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Vermont, New Hampshire and Maine.

South - Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Mississippi, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia and West Virginia.
