JSL S.A. ('JSL' or 'Company'), (B3:JSLG3), a publicly-held company, hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that it has acquired, on this date, directly and through its subsidiary Vamos Locação de Caminhões, Máquinas e Equipamentos S.A., a company controlled by JSL ('Vamos'), all shares issued by Vamos that were delivered to the shareholders of Borgato Maquinas S.A., Borgato Serviços Agrícolas S.A. and Borgato Caminhões S.A. ('Borgato Companies' and 'Sellers') in exchange for the acquisition, by Vamos, of all the shares issued by Borgato Companies, as disclosed in Material Facts released on October 18, 2017, November 24, 2017, December 6, 2017, and December 8, 2017.
