Jubii Europe NV, formerly Lycos Europe NV, is a Netherlands-based company, which offered Internet services. The Company is a parent company within the Jubii Europe Group (the Group). As of December 31, 2011, the Group was undergoing a liquidation process and its activities focused on the wind-down process, which included both the close of offices and the liquidation of subsidiaries. In 2011 the Company's following subsidiaries were liquidated: Jubii Gutersloh SL, Jubii France S.A.R.L., Jubii Italia S.R.L., Jubii UK ltd and Pangora SAS. As of December 31, 2011, the Company wholly owned three subsidiaries, namely Jubii Eastern Europe GmbH, Jubii Europe GmbH and Yarps Network Services AB. As of December 31, 2011, the Company's largest shareholder was Telefonica SA (32%).
