Sale of Klondyke Gold Project

The Directors of Jupiter Mines Limited ("JMS") are pleased to advise of the successful divestment of the Klondyke gold project.
On 23 January 2015, JMS entered into a Sale Agreement with Arcadia Minerals Pty Ltd for sale of its 75% share in the four tenements that comprise the gold project.
The sale was completed this morning, 7 August 2015, and the sale proceeds have been remitted to the Company. The project was sold for $400,000.
The sale completes the divestment of Jupiter's non-core assets to enable the Company to focus on the further development of the Tshipi manganese mine.
