The Directors of Jupiter Mines Limited ("JMS") wish to advise you that the Company has now successfully de-listed from the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) effective 10
January 2014. As a shareholder, this simply means that you now hold shares in an unlisted public company.

New Holding Statements

As part of the de-listing process, if you previous had a CHESS holding statement, you will receive a new Issuer Sponsored Holding Statement to replace this. We ask that you keep your these new statements in a secure place. These statements contain a shareholder reference number that is required to trade your Jupiter shares.

Keeping Up To Date with Jupiter Developments

We will keep shareholders informed of progress through announcements, half year and year end reports via our website and through direct email broadcasts. Please ensure we have your preferred email address should you wish to have the announcements made to you directly and electronically. Trading Jupiter Shares

To provide shareholders with an opportunity to buy and sell JMS shares, a Register of Interest will be maintained which will record buying and selling expressions of interest. Upon requesting to trade shares, shareholders will be put in contact with prospective buyers for a price and transaction agreement to be reached. Once agreement has been reached between interested parties, it will be referred to our share registry, Link Market Services, to complete the transaction and transfers. A Standard Transfer Form is required and is available on our website.
