JV Global Limited is engaged in the manufacture, sale and utilization of steel building products; global marketing and sale of computer numerically controlled (CNC) roll forming production lines, and associated technologies transfer and joint ventures utilizing the use of and the manufacture of steel building products. The Company supplies machinery to produce a range of steel building products. The Company's operating segments include manufacture of steel framing housing (MSFH) and Corporate. The MSFH segment is engaged in the manufacturing of steel framed housing within Australia. The Corporate segment is engaged in holding of equity investments in businesses engaged in manufacturing and sale of steel building products, together with machinery leased to those businesses. The Company's product range includes steel door frames, metal decking, roofing, wall cladding, steel framed housing, structural, pallet racking, shelving and channel sections.
