Extraordinary dividend of DKK 5.89 per share

Jyske Bank's Supervisory Board has decided to call an extraordinary general meeting on 3 July 2018 and pro-poses a capital distribution in a net amount of DKK 500m to Jyske Bank's shareholders in the form of an extraor-dinary cash dividend of DKK 5.89 per share.

Moreover, it is recommended for decision that 4,214,000 own shares acquired through share buy-back pro-grammes that ran over the period 1 March 2017 - 28 March 2018 be cancelled. The value hereof is

DKK 1,499,967,588, corresponding to 4.73% of the share capital.

The interim report for the first half of 2018 will show whether the Supervisory Board finds that the capital base is sufficient for additional capital distribution in the form of dividend and/or share buy-backs.
